Speaking about creation of new model of out-of-school establishment, priority for pedagogic collective Children's and Youthful Centre "Nadezhda" there is the task perfectly formulated by V. Suhomlinsky: "love the child. Grow fond of him more strongly yourself. Believe that the child is purer (cleaner), better, more fair, more talented, than you. In total yourself give children and only then you can refer to as a teacher". Social activity, vital competence, realization of abilities of the person, its creative potential - for today the main problem of Children's and Youthful Centre "Nadezhda" from which it successfully copes (consults). Children's and Youthful Centre "Nadezhda" plans and carries out the work in a context of the state and regional programs such as: "Children of Ukraine", "Young people of Donetsk Region", "Compassion", "Jifted Children", etc. Characteristic features of teachers - professionalism, optimism, creation of conditions for satisfaction of various interests of children and learning youth, creativity, introduction of nonconventional forms of activity, formation of image of establishment in region. About 1000 children and teenagers attend 24 clubs and studios. In Children's and Youthful Centre "Nadezhda" it is created an atmosphere of creativity which parameter is: - a recognition of ideas, values, intellectual personal development of pupils; - abservance of attributes of humanism, parctnership, mutual aid, democratism, both between the pupils, and between pupils and teachers, administration, teachers and parents. For the period of existence of the Centre the collective of teachers and pupils has reached (achieved) significant results. Pupils of fitness-club "Afrodita" (L. Beznosjuk's hands) became winners of the championship of Donetsk area on aerobics and command fitness, and also prize - winners of superiority of Ukraine on aerobics and fitness (March, 2002). Collectives of a drama school "Bravo" (E. Shevljuk's hands) and theatre of dolls "Arlekin" (N. Piskunova's hands) - diplomants of regional festival of a theatrical art (March 2002). The chorus of boys (A. Hmarnaja's and V. Hmarny's hands) has borrowed III place at regional competition of choral collectives (April 2002). Young artists of studio "Graphika" (hands - N. Boyko) Tischenko Alisa and Zigar Artem became winners of Vseukrainsky competition, partisipants, of the International competition of children's drawings "A man and a Dog", wich passed in Poland (2002) and Salagub Marina is awarded with one of 15 diplomas and costly presents of this International competition; Iulia Sheveluha has taken the 1 - st place at regional competition of young artists and is brought in regional "Bank of gifted children". Work of teachers is not limited to the decision only educational problems, they are carried out on various directions: developing, creative, sports and tourist. Heads of this clubs aspire to deepen and expand knowledge of the pupils, to develop intelligence, cognitive abilities, a linguistic outlook, to create opportunities for realization of creative potential. Social activity vital competence, morality, realization of abilities of persons, creative potential - main task of Children's and Youthful Centre "Nadezhda" which success of the decision in many respects depends on directions of rates of work of the Centre. In prospects of development Children's and Youthful Centre "Nadezhda" - realization of programs "World, in which I live", which provide creation of target creative associations, namely: - The Centre of legal teaching; - The Centre for teenagers and youth; - Scientific - psychological service; - School of leaders; - The Creative unions (theatrical, musical, vocal, choral and choreographic arts, literary and art creativity). Within the framework of these programs opening permanent creative workshops and the master of classes for development of creative collectives of region, realization of festivals of the creative unions (Days of cities, region; regional festivals of arts, art exhibitions and others) also is planned. Treasured dream of teachers - opening on base Children's and Youthful Centre "Nadezhda" scientifically methodical centre of arts and art creativity in 2007.
