Welfare fund "Nadezhda" carries out the charitable projects connected to the help to needy categories of the population, to people of advanced age, large families, children - to invalids, children's shelters, public organizations. Activity of fund is carried out according to the Complex program on directions: "Hope, Well- being, Pleasure" - social service of needy people and people which are in inconvenient position: a feed of pensioners in settlement Shevchenko, maintenance with fuel, prosthetic dentistry, the help in purchase of medicines and carrying out of treatment, material aid, food stuffs by holidays, rest in boarding house "Asov" (settlement Urzuf) and others. "Children and city" - the program is focused on creation of out-of-school educational establishments as ofjects for carrying out of substantial leisure of rising generation, revival of national culture of Ukrainian people, increase of a spiritual moral level of youth, creative self-realization of gifted children, social adaptation of children with inadequate behavior. As structural divisions of Welfare fund "Nadezhda" have been created: Children's Youthful Center "Nadezhda", the Children's Methodical Center of Christian Orthodox Education and Sports Complex "Olympijsky". "Spirituality" - cooperation with Donetsk and Gorlovskaya dioceses, churches and temples of Donetsk region, revival of christian belief and mastering of a spiritual heritage, orthodox ceremonies and traditions, national culture of Ukrainian people at children, teenagers, youth through structure of studios of the Children's Methodical Center of Christian Orthodox Education, Sunday school, Club "Orthodox family". "Education and a life" - material aid educational and to scientific institutes of Donetsk region and Ukraine, carrying out of major overhaul of a covering, reconstruction of buildings of comprehensive schools, allocation of building materials, updating of library fund by the scientific methodical and educational literature, maintenance of pupils with the form, publishing, support of gifted children, training of children in educational institutions. "Care"- the program is designed on support and the help to children's shelters, the House of the baby, house for people of advanced age, a complex "Mercy" (village Nikolskoe, Donetsk region), to medical establishments (hospitals Krasnoarmejsk and Dobropolje areas) in maintenance with the medicines, the special equipment and tools, medicines and food stuffs, material technical resources, etc. "Lyre (culture)" The program in cludes charitable actions and the actions directed on revival of national traditions and development of the Ukrainian culture (Vadim Pisarev and stars of World ballet (Donetsk), ensemble of national dance "Donbass" (Donetsk) and many others). The food not only essantial but also spiritual and consequently the organization and carrying out of holidays, concerts, festivals, competitions gets the big importance for increase of a cultural level of inhabitants of region is necessary for the person. There were already image holidays of civil and religious value, such as: Cristmas, Easter, the Holiday of Wives Myronosits, the World day of people of advanced age and others. "Sport" - that the young generation grew strong and healthy, the fund pays the big attention to development of physical training and sports, helps a constant to young sportsmen from clubs "Gart", "Energy", Federation of football of Donetsk region, a combined team of city of Krasnoarmeysk on floorball, to tourist club "Freendship", skaut club "Dzherelo", a command on football "the Piece of Coal", federations on boxing and kickboxing, which president is Bajsarov L.V., supports young talented sportsmen of region (Zibrova Elena, champion the world on a kickboxing, the working woman of "Mine "Krasnoarmejskaja - Western 1"). "Improvement" - the purpose of the program is improvement of pensioners of Open Society "The Coal company "Mine "Krasnoarmeyskaya - Western 1", members of non-profitable public associations, Workers of official bodies in boarding house "Asov" and his medical case (village Urzuf) children and teenagers in children's improving camps and on the basis of structural divisions of Welfare fund "Nadezhda".
