I. Franko wrote, that history was an original tree. Its roots arised from the past and its branches made its way to the distant future. Life is a connection of generations, past and future events. Destiny of some society, nation, and state depends from its people. Special rate of our people always was compassion, striving for doing good, to help neighbour, to respect adults. And all this is delivered from one to another generation.

In March 1998, in Krasnoarmeysk, Donetsk Region, Welfare Fund "Nadezhda" was founded. Its initiator was the Deputy of Regional Soviet. This Fund tries to solve the problems of residents, to devote attention to the poor, old and disabled people, the problems of young people, revival of traditions, development of culture, education and sport, health protection, to defend Motherhood and childhood.

Daily for the various help in Welfare Fund "Nadezhda" address from 30 up to 50 persons: pensioners, veterans of Great Domestic war and work, those who not one ten years have given hard work of miners, protected the native land in a heavy minute, worked on the ground, raised bread, brought up children. And unless it is not required warmly and participation to invalids, lonely, to whom the destiny appeared uncomfortable, that who because of physical and other lacks is limited in realization of the apportunities. It is impossible to pass by family in which three and there are more than children. And may live silt without the help lonely mother with the child? Unfortunately, left children, children-orphans at alive parents become more and more.

From the beginning of work till now the Welfare Fund "Nadezhda" closely cooperates with children's homes for children deprived of parental trusteeship, the unions of invalids, houses for people of advanced age, establishments of medicine and the education, many budgetary and public organizations. The help of welfare Fund consists in maintenance of socially unprotected citizens with food stuffs, fuel, medicines, improving permits, a payment for medical operations and treatment, a tuition fee of students in high schools ect., free-of-charge charitable dinners, a subscription to periodicals, means for realization of cultural and improving actions.

One of the primary goals facing to welfare Fund "Nadezhda", Leonid Vladimirovich Bajsarov counts care of children. For certain nobody will argue that good in the person is brought up by beauty and kindness, and the dirty, absence of a positive example on the part of adults derivates defects. You see as the consciousness of the child, his character, his attitude to life will be generated, as the future will be such. And if now to not pay attention rising generation, to not give children of due education, to not raise their intellectual and cultural level it is possible to present, what future expects our country.

In June 2000 on the international festival in a nomination "For charities"Welfare Fund "Nadezhda" was recognized worthy the maximum award "Zolotoy skif".

In June, 2, 2001 in a nomination "For the contribution to spiritual education of region" The Children's Methodical Center of Christian Orthodox Education became the winner of competition "Zolotoy skif".

Time flies promptly and inevitably. In March, 2003, the welfare Fund "Nadezhda" will note the holiday - 5 years of fruitful activity for the blessing of people, for the blessing of Donetsk region!
